US small companies created 8.7 million new jobs between March 2020 and March 2021.   • Are you a single member LLC?

  • Are you an Independent Contractor?

  • Are you a gig worker doing Uber, Lyft,  Instacart, Doordash, Grubhub, Wyzant, Rover, Wag, ?

 

The regular due date is April 15th (if there is no federal holiday). If you need more time to file, we can request an extension until October 15th. Be aware this is an extension to file and not to pay your corporation taxes.

1065- Partnership Tax Return

(State+City tax compliance included)

  • Do you have a business partner(s)? 

  • Are you a multiple member LLC?

The regular due date is March 15th  (if there is no federal holiday), If you need more time to file, we can request an extension until September 15th. Regularly, S Corporations do not pay taxes. However, keep in mind you will need the K-1 from your Partnership to file your individual taxes. We can also request an extension on your personal tax filing.

C Corporations

1120S- S Corporation Tax Return

(State+City tax compliance included)

  • Are you a S Corporation

  • Are you a single/multiple member LLC, taxed as an S Corporation?

The regular due date is March 15th  (if there is no federal holiday), If you need more time to file, we can request an extension until September 15th. Regularly, S Corporations do not pay taxes. However, keep in mind you will need the K-1 from your S corporation to file your individual taxes. We can also request an extension on your personal tax filing.

  • Are you a C Corporation? 

  • Are you a single/multiple member LLC, taxed as an C Corporation?

The regular due date is April 15th  (if there is no federal holiday). If you need more time, we can file an extension until October 15th. Be aware this is an extension to file and not to pay your corporation taxes.
